If you ordered your product through an eLeMeNO-Pee, LTD Field Consultant, she can help you with your return. You may return your product to the Field Consultant or to the E-P home office provided all requirements of our return policy have been met.

 

 

1) eLeMeNO-Pee, Ltd Return Policy

      a) eLeMeNO-Pee, Ltd will accept returns on any unopened, unwashed, unused products purchased/ordered from the company within 10 days of purchase. If the following conditions are met, the return will be accepted

            1. Product is in original condition (i.e. if it is dropped in the mud but unused/unwashed, it may not be returned)

            2. All original packaging is intact and in sufficient condition to offer the returned product for resale as a new item

            3. Product cannot be used

            4. Product cannot be washed

            5. Product and packaging must be in NEW/ORIGINAL condition.

            6. Product must be able to be placed back in stock to sell as a new/unopened item.

      b) CLIENTS are responsible for all return shipping charges

 

2) eLeMeNO-Pee Representative Return Policy

      a) Your eLeMeNO-Pee representative allows returns on ALL products within 10 days of purchase that are UNOPENED , UNUSED and UNWASHED. See checklist above to determine whether or not the product will be accepted for return.

 

3) Optional Representative Return Policy

Your eLeMeNO-Pee, LTD representative MAY choose to accept returns on prewashed diapers and/or accessories. He/She may also choose to purchase back eLeMeNO-Pee items that are in good condition from clients. These washed or slightly used items must be purchased from the client outright- consignment is NOT allowed.

      a) These used diapers/accessories must be marked as a “clearance” item and must be sold at a discounted price.

      b) All items MUST be products eLeMeNO-Pee CURRENTLY sells.

      c) All taxes, fees, etc on the sale of these items is the sole responsibility of the representative

      d) eLeMeNO-Pee, LTD has no obligations, rights, duties, liabilities or other association with the agreements made by independent sales representatives with regard to the Optional Representative Return Policy. This policy is strictly available as a tool for our representatives who act as an independent business owner for which the representative assumes all liabilities and obligations. ANY AND ALL agreements pursuant to the Optional Representative Return Policy are made between the client and the representative.
