It is highly recommended to call or email us in order to obtain an RMA number so that we are aware that there is an incoming return. You should first call the office at (855)-LMNOP-CD and obtain an RMA number. No refunds or adjustments will be made for any products lost or damaged during return shipping unless an RMA was obtained prior to shipment.
Return Policy
a) eLeMeNO-Pee, Ltd will accept returns and issue a full refund on any unopened, unwashed, unused products purchased/ordered from the company within 30 days of original shipment, except for products subject to the 3rd Party Direct Shipping and Return Policy . If the following conditions are met, the return will be accepted:
- Product is in original condition (i.e. if it is dropped in the mud but unused/unwashed,return will not be accepted)
- All original packaging is intact and in sufficient condition to offer the returned product for resale as a new item
- Product cannot be used
- Product cannot be washed
- Product and packaging must be in NEW/ORIGINAL condition.
- Product must be able to be placed back in stock to sell as a new/unopened item.
b) CLIENTS are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item was damaged or the wrong item was shipped and you are returning an item that was shipped that you did not order

Many items sold by eLeMeNO-Pee are shipped directly by the manufacturer to lower total shipping costs and the final price to our customers. The majority of these items are offered with Free Shipping. In order to keep costs competitive and shipping rates low, special arrangements are in place with the manufacturer which limit their liability and restrict returns. To continue to offer the wide selection of products in our catalog, special handling is required. Heavy or oversized shipments will only be accepted if an RMA has been issued. We will attempt to remedy any issues prior to issuing an RMA due to the costs involved in shipping these items.
3) Return or Refund for "Item No Longer Wanted" or "Wrong Item Ordered"
We understand that sometimes you change your mind or accidentally order the wrong item by mistake. Since the majority of our orders are shipped via our "Free Shipping" Option, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges as well as a restocking fee equal to the cost of the original shipping charges paid by eLeMeNO-Pee. If the customer paid for shipping insurance or an expedited shipping method, those amounts will be credited toward the restocking fee.
4) Exclusions
Any CLEARANCE Item purchased on this website is ineligible for return. CLEARANCE items are considered to be any item that is offered for sale at 26% or more off of our regular retail price. These include closeouts and "last chance" buys.
